Ayurveda often recommends milk or yogurt. Lord Krishna used to steal butter. Cheeses, irresistible. Today there’s full fat and 2% milk, organic milk and other choices. Dr. Nandita Shah, MD, renowned MD of the health clinic SHARAN in India, recommends zero milk products for many peer-reviewed, scientifically investigated reasons. Learn why dairy products are not necessary, and extremely detrimental to human health, responsible for the majority of diseases including obesity, diabetes, heart disease. Dairy farming creates horrific animal suffering, and combined with the daily slaughter by the millions of short-lived cows and orphaned calves for veal, is the major human contributor to global warming and pollution. Hi, I am 70 year old single man (Asian origin) living in the States and considering retiring in Southern Pacific part of Costa Rica. Of course I would like to visit there to see how it is like before I decide. But first I would like to get some basic information from someone who has lived long enough. 1. My only income is $1,100 per month in social security. Is it possible to live with this income? I am very frugal person, so I am not expecting fancy life. 2. How much would be for lower rental housing (apartment) for a single person? 3. Can I ship my small passenger car? My hobby is flying model airplanes and for this reason I have to have a car. I have a small passenger car. Is shipping more expensive than buying in local? Is it good idea to buy a motorcycle instead? 4. Which town do you recommend? BTW, I speak, write, read Spanish relatively good. Thank you very much in advance. Best Regards Andrew Kim Phone 919-394-4514 E-mail sk7af@hotmail.com

Stable, Experienced Family Looking for Housesitting Opportunity
Aloha! We are a calm, grounded & positive family who recently relocated to Costa Rica after 10 years living in Hawaii, where we gained extensive tropical house-keeping experience. Looking now for a long-term house caretaking situation in this beautiful Southern zone. Skilled in jungle landscaping, organic gardening & pest control, animal husbandry of all kinds, and over-the-top cleaning to name a few things. Our adventurous 7yr old daughter is an old soul who is also an animal & plant whisperer;) Looking forward to joining this conscious community to share our aloha spirit, contact us anytime for further info- *Angi Walsh: email cocomama088@gmail.com or Daniel Walsh: phone/text 506-6041-7884
Long- term female house sitter and/or work trader available! I am 29 years old and living in CR for over one year. I am okay with most animals yet I’m semi-allergic to cats. My preferred location is being close to nature somewhere between Tinamastes and Uvita, but I am open to near Perez as well. I don’t have a car. My skills include: cleaning, cooking, laundry, and light gardening. I have little experience working with children but I am open to the possibility. I love singing and music, and the healing arts. I am currently learning to play guitar. I would like to start some type of small business in CR, and would love to hear from others; maybe we can collaborate. Please contact me at alexandrina.canta@gmail.com or 8397-9247
