Recommending Excellent Worker for Care Taker of Property. Part Time Job Sought Jose Fernandez worked for me for 2 years on my farm in San Isidro. When I sold my farm he continued to work with the new owner until her recent death. Jose speaks English well, is an excellent worker, and is absolutely trust worthy. He is 20 years old and is completing his high school studies in the evenings. Jose keeps the grass and trees trimmed and did routine maintenance on the house and farm. Since he is in school, working part time is his preference. This could be 20 hours a week, or two employers at 10 hours each.
